Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

We provide interactive reptile experiences for birthday parties, educational presentations, fairs, carnivals, school events, and more. Our goal is to educate and entertain while bringing people closer to the incredible world of reptiles.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured, ensuring safety for all participants and our animals during every event.

What types of animals can we expect at our event?

Our lineup includes snakes, lizards, tortoises, frogs, and more. Each event features a variety of animals, with packages offering anywhere from 10 to 20+ reptiles. Rest assured, all animals are safe, healthy, and properly cared for.

How do I book an event?

Booking is simple! Visit our Contact Us page or give us a call to discuss your event and select a package. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Is it safe to interact with the animals?

Absolutely! Our animals are carefully selected for their temperament and are used to being handled. We also have trained staff present at every event to ensure the safety of both participants and animals.

What do we need to prepare for the event?

We recommend having a clear area where we can set up our reptiles and activities. Indoor or shaded outdoor areas work best, especially for the comfort of the animals. If you have specific requirements, we’re happy to accommodate!

Can we customize our package?

Yes! We offer additional services such as face painting, photo packages, and bounce houses. Contact us to discuss your needs, and we’ll work to create a personalized experience for your event.

What happens if we need to cancel?

While the deposit is non-refundable, we understand that unexpected events can occur. We’re happy to reschedule your event to a future date, subject to availability.

Do you take in rescues or rehomed reptiles?

Yes, we do! Many of our animals come from rescue or rehoming situations. If you have a reptile that needs a new home, please contact us to discuss how we can help.
